DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock alarm radio manufactured by Admiral in 1959 in excellent physical and working condition. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Cabinet is original factory shiny. No major scratches or missing pieces. There is a hairline crack on the lower left side that has been repaired. There a small chips on the corners and edges. Original factory molded color. No repaints no touch-ups no over sprays. The top button surround shows its age and is tarnished. The front clock bezel is clear transparent with no cracks or hazing. The gold metal clock face is in excellent condition. Original knobs are gray and securely attached. All the lettering is still clear and legible. Most of the gold has rubbed off the Admiral logo and clock raised ridge oval surround. This radio is almost 60 years old! No dial light not designed with one but one can be added for an extra charge. The tuning dial works fine. The power cable is securely attached. Clock works and keeps accurate time. Clock motor is silent no humming no buzzing no ticking noises. Alarm and clock set function works. Alarm buzzer works. Sleep timer works. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Original backing board is intake securely attached legible printing. No missing bottom labels. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.

COLOR: Powder Pink. Light fleshy pink, not hot pink
