Seafoam Delight Turquoise and White 1958 Admiral Model 5D4 Tube AM Radio Absolutely Beauteous!

DESCRIPTION: Vintage tabletop tube radio manufactured by Admiral in excellent physical and  working condition. This is a rare hard to find model in an original factory molded seafoam green turquoise, a rare attractive color. This is the same seafoam green that was all the rage in the late fifties. This antique radio has a near pristine case.  Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. All original factory molded colors. Not repainted not touched up no over spray. The front ivory grill is not yellowed white but original factory molded ivory color. Knobs are original and in very good condition with normal patina no breaks no chips. The golden ring around the tuning dial is missing. Please review photography. This radio is over 50 years old!  All the dial numbers are crisp and clear. The dial light behind the red tuning pointer lights up. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on dial lettering. The tuning dial works fine. No slipping. The volume knob works no scratching noises.  All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The power cable is securely attached. The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
