DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by RCA Victor in 1958 excellent+ working condition. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. All factory molded original colors no repaints no touchups no overspray. None needed. No cracks, chips, or major scratches any where on the cabinet. This radio is over 60 years old! The knobs are in excellent condition. Tuning knob is missing center metal gold insert. The clear dial face has no cracks, no yellowing, no warping. The clock bezel is clear and transparent not yellowing. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on clock dial lettering. The dial lights lights up brightly. Center RCA logo is intact not missing. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The clock works and keep accurate time. Clock motor is silent no humming no buzzing no ticking noises. The alarm works. The buzzer works. The clock and alarm set function work. Sleep timer works. Snooze works. The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The original power cord and plug is routed through a brand new stress relief bushing at the interconnect and is in excellent working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. Bottom factory labels are mostly intact. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
