Pink Lace 1959 Admiral Y3354 Antique Tube AM Clock Radio Sounds Great!

DESCRIPTION: This vintage tabletop tube AM clock alarm radio manufactured by Admiral in 1959 is in very good condition. Look at the flowery lattice grill! Looks very mid-50's Hollywood glam. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Cabinet top is original factory shiny. No splits, abrasions, major scratches or missing pieces.  However, this antique radio does have a cigarette burn on top just behind the SNOOZE button and small chips on the front top edge in the front of the case. Original factory molded color. No repaints no touch-ups no oversprays. The top button surround is in great condition as these ten to tarnish with age. This Antique radio still has its polish. The front clock bezel is clear transparent with no cracks or hazing. The black clock face is in excellent condition. Knobs are pink, original and securely attached.  All the lettering is still clear and legible. Most of the Gold has rubbed off the Admiral logo and clock raised ridge oval surround. Otherwise, this clock radio would be pristine. This radio is almost 60 years old! No dial light not designed with one.  The tuning dial works fine. The power cable is securely attached. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment no pets.

DIMENSIONS: Approximately 11.5" x 4" x 6" (l x w x h)
