DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured Admiral in 1956 time frame excellent+ physical and working condition. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Cabinet is in excellent condition. No cracks, chips, or major scratches. Original factory painted pink Bakelite has been repainted to glossy factory pink. Very rare color. This radio is over 75 years old!  Original 3 little clock knobs are still present and securely attached. The clock bezel is clear and transparent not yellowing no cracks or chips. No stress fractures, yellowing, or major scratches. No rub off rub-off in clock number lettering. Original gold Admiral paint on raised logo is in excellent condition not rubbed off. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. Gold metal wire stand is original and excellent condition. This radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The clock works and keep accurate time. The clock motor is quiet on this one. No humming no buzzing no ticking noises. The clock and alarm set function work. Sleep timer works. No dial light not designed with one but can be added for an extra charge. The original power cable is in excellent working condition. The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. Bottom factory labels are not missing.  Original factory backing board is in excellent condition. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
