DESCRIPTION: This clock radio was probably owned by someone who never needed to set the alarm to go to work in the morning judging by the clock functions that have not been completely rubbed off. Took care of his/her stuff too judging by the condition and all the factory labels not missing. Lovely little number in factory molded pink. No cracks, chips, or major scratches. Original factory molded colors. No repaint. No over spray. No touch up.  Tabletop tube AM radio manufactured by General Electric in the late 50s in excellent plus physical and working condition. The clock face is in excellent condition with no rust, pitting, or oxidation! The tuning dial works fine. No rub off numbers. Clock works and keeps accurate time. Clock motor is silent no humming no buzzing no ticking noises. Alarm works. Buzzer works. Wake to music no buzzer works. Sleep timer works. Clock time and alarm set time work. All knobs are original and securely attached. The gold metal caps in the knobs are original slightly tarnished. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits.
