DESCRIPTION: Lovely vintage tabletop tube AM clock radio manufactured by Motorola in excellent+ working and physical condition. This vintage radio has a late mid century early sixties design look. Original factory molded color not painted. No repaints no over spray no touch up. None needed. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Cabinet is in excellent condition. No cracks. No chips. No major scratches. This retro radio is over 60 years old! Motorola label on front speaker grill is in excellent condition no waviness no rust or pitting no rub off. The original knobs are in excellent condition. The tuning knob and volume knobs are original.  No missing center metal inserts. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on tuning dial lettering. The clear bezel on this radio is securely attached no cracks or scratches. Mirror glossy and glassy sheen. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. Clock works and keeps accurate time. Clock motor is silent. No grinding, humming, or buzzing noises. Alarm works. Clock and alarm time set functions work. Sleep timer works. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. Backing board is in good condition with crisp square corners. Original factory tube layout diagram label on bottom is in good original condition. The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection.
