DESCRIPTION: This is the clock radio Chachi would have given Joanie on Happy Days. But, Laverne would have taken from Shirley and given it to Rizzo or the Pink Ladies. In the eighties, Pee Wee Herman would have found it in a thrift shop and given it to Cyndi Lauper or Madonna. Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by Majestic in 1952-54 in stunning original factory pink! Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Cabinet is in excellent condition with no chips or major scratches. There is a hairline crack on the top back left corner. No cracks on top. No major scratches. This radio is over 55 years old!  This clock radio is in excellent plus condition! Rare as heck. I've never seen another one in any color much less pink. The tuning knob is in good condition and securely attached. The volume knob is a replacement non-original. The clear dial face is clear and no stress cracks slightly yellowed. Please see the photo close-up. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on clock dial lettering or 'Majestic' logo. Amazing. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The clock works and keep accurate time for a mechanical analog design. The alarm works. The buzzer works. The clock and alarm set function work. The tubes are working fine. No dial light. Not designed with one. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The most amazing thing is; this radio flimsy cardboard  backing board is in nearly pristine condition with crisp square corners no fatigue, water stains, mold stains, or rips. Wow! The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment no pets. This thing belongs in a museum!
