DESCRIPTION: Popular and attractive GE General Electric radio model from the mid-sixties! This model series was one of the most popular and commonly found clock radios throughout the 60s and into the 70s!

SOUND QUALITY: Solid state AM clock radio manufactured by GE General Electric beginning in the mid sixties. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. 

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded ivory white plastic. Not repainted. No over spray. Not touched up. No cracks, chips or major scratches or missing pieces. Front aluminum metalized paper clock back and tuning back are oxidized and with blemishes.

KNOBS: Original matching volume and tuning knobs are securely attached no cracks, no broken attachment posts, no missing center metal inserts.

LOGO: No missing logos. 

DIAL LIGHT: No tuning dial light. Not designed with one. But can be added for an extra charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! Reliable solid state circuitry. No vacuum tubes. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. 

BACKING BOARD: Original factory backing board with factory labels very faded.

FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: Original factory are faded.
