DESCRIPTION: Lovely little number in factory molded ivory and original factory light cloth covered grill. The original factory fabric is clean no rips no separation securely attached along edges and corners. The fabric really softens the look of this design. No cracks, chips, or major scratches. No chips along the edges. Original factory molded colors. No repaint. No over spray. No touch up. There are abrasions and some melted plastic splotch on top. Tabletop solid state AM radio manufactured by General Electric in the mid to late 60s in very good physical and excellent working condition. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment.  This radio is over 50 years old!  The "ON", "OFF", "RADIO" lettering is not worn off!  Nice crisp lettering. The clock face is in very good condition! Some scratches on the clear plastic clock face cover.. The tuning dial works fine no slipping no sticking spots no scratching sounds. No rub off numbers. Clock works and keeps accurate time. No humming no buzzing no grinding noises no ticking sounds. Alarm works. Buzzer is loud. Sleep timer works. Clock time and alarm set time work. All knobs are original and securely attached. The gold metal caps in the knobs are original in excellent condition. All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The power cord and plug are good original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. No dial light not designed with one but can be added. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. No missing factory labels. Back factory label is completely faded. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
