Tacoma Gray White 1963 Motorola Model BC3B Vacuum Tube AM/FM Clock Radio Excellent Condition and Great Sounding!

DESCRIPTION: Tabletop vacuum tube AM and FM clock radio alarm manufactured by Motorola in 1963 time frame in excellent working and physical condition.

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM and FM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Tone adjustment works.

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded light gray almost white and charcoal blue-ish gray front plastic. No cracks, chips or major scratches or missing pieces. Clock clear cover is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, scratches or broken attachment tabs no micro inclusions. All original clock and tuning brushed aluminum faces are in excellent condition with no rust pits no oxidation trails no water stains. 

KNOBS: Original matching factory knobs securely attached. Factory original matching two clock function knobs are in excellent condition, no broken flaps or stripped internal slots.

LOGO: No missing logos

DIAL LIGHT: Beautiful warm dial light always on for a unique glow. Gas bulb never needs to be replaced.

CLOCK: Clock works and keeps accurate time. Clock motor is silent no humming no buzzing no ticking noises. Alarm and clock set function works and goes off at the correct set times. Buzzer works. Sleep timer works. Snooze button works.

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. 

BACKING BOARD: Color matching back cover is original

FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: No missing bottom labels.
